Not Pagan, not Shaver, but what about...
...Ewan?
Pronounced Yuwan.
No shaving problems here Emily. Yes, it is not easily pronounced by the spelling, but this will build personal integrity as he/she corrects the dolts that mispronounce her/his name.
By the way, are you attempting a personal record? You're approaching one full month without a new post.

Not Phoebo, and probably not Pagan...
...even though it might be an interesting family contrast to his/her dad's first name.
Having spent some time wondering how we might keep a running list of potential names on this blog, the best I can come up with is actually start a list so that those so inspired can simply cut and paste the most current list into a Word document, save it on their desktops, and use it as a basis for adding new inspirations. To wit, so far we have:
Pat
Isaiah
Sophia
Clara
Abigail
Priscilla
Gidget
Tex
Dickie
Chrissy
Wolly
Herkimer
New submission:
Shaver

Starting the Second Fifty
Yes, yes...I know this is a day late. I was on the road all weekend. But all the while I was remembering our great family and the two people who followed the biblical mandate to be fruitful and multiply. Now they get to sit back and watch their olive plants do the hard work of fruity multiplication.
Congratulations!

"Please don't name your baby Phoebo"
Is it too early to work on a name for little Pat? Provided you don't fall in love with the name Pat over the next couple months?
Somebody told me about a website today called Nymbler.com and I've been playing with it for the last 10 minutes. You can either type in a name you like or pick one from a list and it generates a name it decides is similar (not sure the criteria on this). For example, I chose the name Elijah off the list first and was suggested names like Isaiah, Sophia, Clara and Abigail, all of which I like, so it's pretty cool. When I typed in Pat (girl's name) I got Priscilla, Gidget, Tex and Dickie...eh? Sound good?
