Count Down to Blast Off

Thus far we have less than an overwhelming response in the first days of THE OGBL. Properly submitted entries have been received from Emily Somers and Pete Somers (who finally got it right).

Please note that THE OGBL Administrators will not be posting entry information at any time during the contest. We do not want late entrants gaming the courageous early contestants. The winning entry will come closest (without going over) to the actual factual data elements regarding the child2B's birth. In breaking ties, THE OGBL Administrators will weight entries in the following fashion: date>time>weight of child>length of child>gender>name. No emphasis will be given to political affiliation in breaking ties. The republicans are suffering enough already. The child2B's parents will not receive any special treatment by THE OGBL Administrators, who acknowledge that the parents2B have an inside advantage on the gender and the name.

For the record, THE OGBL Administrators will be contributing an entry fee to the pool, but we will not place an entry, cannot win, and therefore remain entirely unbiased in our Official duties. Losers will send their entry fees directly to the winner once THE OGBL the child2B becomes born and the results are Officially certified.
