At first I thought the deer was only interested in the bird seed. It was 20 below this morning, and it's a good source of protein. But when I eventually called the dogs in the deer walked away looking dejected and forsaken. They might be friends. Last year one of the neighbors caught Reka and a little deer doing the same sort of thing on video. Big bad German Shepherd!
