We all know that the Somers are jonesing big-time since losing their favorite TV show.
So...let's give them something to take the edge off the withdrawal symptoms:

I know the 'rents are traveling, and considering Andrew and Jack's current activities, I think we should extend the contest deadline...
Island plane crash, survivors tested by all manner of weirdness. Time travel, connections, personal redemption. Love wins out in the end.
