Rumour has it that on the week of his 50th B-day, Pete's planning on going for a 26 mile trot! If this indeed comes to pass, somebody should really Blog some pictures- Gooooo Pete!
Well, I finished the 26.2 in 3:46.13. Felt pretty good throughout; a little tired near the end but my time was way better than I expected. Perfect conditions. 908th place out of 3,600 male finishers, and 80th place in the 50-54 men division (out of 350 finishers). Except for a few toe blisters, I feel fine. Go figure.
Great numbers...just a few more. In the just over 1,577,846,300 seconds since your birth you have just spent 13,573 of those seconds completing your run.
I hope the next billion goes as well as the first!
